The latest myCNC controller features cutting-edge EtherCAT technology, delivering accuracy and efficiency for a wide range of applications.
Our advanced myCNC EtherCAT CNC controller system, comprised of the Master Controller and the myCNC-CAT02 I/O Controller, allows the user to achieve smoother motion, higher throughput, and exceptional finished product quality.
We offer two Master Controller options:
- Industrial PC-based Master
- myCNC-MST01 (pictured on the left in the photo above)
The myCNC-CAT02 IO-Controller is engineered for extensive connectivity, providing all the necessary interfaces for CNC machine control:
- Digital I/O: 24 Digital Inputs / 24 Digital Outputs.
- DAC: 2 Channels - Precise control for valves, and other analog-controlled devices.
- ADC: 3 Channels - Monitor process parameters and integrate feedback systems with high accuracy.
- Modbus for Custom Projects: Integrate with a wide array of peripheral devices and custom solutions via Modbus.
- PWM Outputs: 3 Channels - Pulse width modulation for applications requiring precise power control.
- 8+2 Axes: Control up to 8 primary motion axes, plus 2 independent auxiliary axes dedicated to focus and height control.
Laser Cutting
The myCNC-CAT02 is well-suited for the demanding requirements of laser cutting applications:
- Dedicated Focus & Height Control: The independent 2 auxiliary axes provide precise, real-time control over laser focus and height, crucial for achieving consistent kerf width, optimal power delivery, and superior edge finish across varying material thicknesses.
- High-Speed, Synchronized Motion: Leverage EtherCAT's deterministic communication for perfectly synchronized motion of all axes, ensuring smooth and accurate laser paths even at high cutting speeds.
