Return & Exchange

Puruvesi Automation offers a 30-day return & exchange service on most items from the original purchase date unless otherwise specified. A 20% restocking fee is applied upon return.

For all returns, original invoice must be provided.

Original packaging and ALL of its content must be present and returned including manuals, accessories and gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items. Original package must be in good condition. Incomplete or physically damaged returns may be refused.

All returns for refunds will be processed with the original method of payment.

 

Product Warranty

Puruvesi Automation offers a 30-day exchange warranty service for goods deemed to have a manufacturing defect or dead on arrival (DOA).

2 year courtesy warranty service from the original date of invoice is provided. The steps to go through the warranty process are as follows:

1. Describe the issue with the product in writing (letter/email) to Puruvesi Automation
2. After receiving confirmation from Puruvesi Automation, mail the product to our Support team (shipping costs covered by the customer)
3. The Technical Support team will examine the product, and will either repair/replace the damaged parts and mail the product back, free of charge, or, in case no issues have been found, the product will be sent back to the customer, with the customer covering the return shipping costs.

For goods after 2 years (and up to five years) from the date of original invoice, a service to repair or replace the product at retail cost is provided.
